How are the signs made?
Every sign is made to order in our workshop in Hillsborough, New Jersey: hand sanded, hand stained, and the letters are set by hand. Handmade in the USA.
How do I personalize a sign?
Enter your personalization on the product page - your text is used exactly as you enter it. For custom design requests we send a mock-up and wait up to 24 hours for your approval before production.
Can I hang the signs outside?
The signs are made for indoor use.
Will my sign look exactly like the photos?
Each sign is made to order from natural wood, so grain, knots and small cracks vary from sign to sign, and the stain can look slightly different on the finished board.
How long until my order ships?
Production normally takes 2-3 days, and we usually finish faster than that. If you need it sooner, tick Rush Production on this page, just above the Add to cart button. It shortens the production time by moving your order to the front of the queue. Rush covers production only, so choose express shipping at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Can I return a personalized item?
Every item is made to order and personalized for you, so returns are not accepted on custom items. If your item arrives damaged or was made incorrectly, email us photos and we will replace or refund it.
Can I add gift wrap or a gift note?
Yes. In your cart, tick Add gift wrap ($6, added once per order) and type a free gift note of up to 250 characters, plus who it is from if you like. To ship a gift straight to the recipient, enter their address at checkout.
